Did Charlie Murphy Die Today

People Around The World Are Wondering, Did Charlie Murphy Die Today? Is He Truly Gone?

People around the world today are wondering if Charlie Murphy is really dead. Although it's hard to believe, it is true; the successful, standup comedian, Charlie Murphy has passed away. Sources say, he had been battling Leukemia for quite a while. According to TMZ News, Murphy died Wednesday, 4/12/17, around 3 a.m. at an N.Y.C. Hospital.

Charlie Murphy was the brother of "the famous" actor and comedian Eddie Murphy. Nola.com conveys that the family was shocked because they had believed Charlie was getting better. His passing was unexpected today. Memories of Charlie Murphy with his brother Eddie Murphy live on . . .
Charlie Murphy wrote about a comical and memorable moment he had shared with his brother when they were invited to play a game of basketball at the home of the late legendary, musical, artist Prince in the 1980's. You can watch the hilarious, reenactment of the basketball game Here. It was acted out on the Dave Chappelle Show. Charlie Murphy was just hilarious; there's not going to be too many clean versions of his comedy, so you'd have to take him or leave him. The basketball game with Prince and his brother seems to be a memory he talked about multiple times. . .

Charlie Murphy was a bit rough around the edges. His words were usually straight forward, with no chaser. Yet, there were times when he would show a more sensitive side. Especially when he talked about his children, his start-up process, and his fans. Here, he revealed his sensitivity to criticism as well. Charlie Murphy had humble beginnings with small comedy sessions and short movie appearances.

Yet, many people only know him for his comical performances and television appearances, but not the life he lived before he became famous. Before his big break, Charlie Murphy served in The United States Navy as a Boiler Technician. He married Tisha Taylor and had 2 children.  Later, he experienced the loss of his wife Tisha Taylor.  Yet, despite humble beginnings and the tragic death of his wife, Murphy made a big break on his "true" dream of being a successful comedian and actor.

The death of Charlie Murphy is a hard reality to accept. His raw humor, his laugh, his smile, and his love for family and fans will be greatly missed. Charlie was real and authentic; people loved him for exactly who he was. He is survived by his Mother Lillian Murphy, his brothers Edward "Eddie" Murphy and Vernon Lynch; his 3 children, and a host of family and friends.

We respectfully ask for privacy during this time of great loss for all of us.”
Unfortunately, Charlie Murphy has passed away, and many hearts are sad today. However, "God is the lifter of our heads." He will give us beauty for ashes and the oil of joy for the spirit of heaviness.
Declare: WE WILL LOOK TO THE HILLS FROM WHICH COMES OUR HELP; ALL OF OUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD.
Even in the most difficult times, God is present, and all we have to do is turn to him for peace, comfort, and help.
